Price without Polish VAT: a sale to the UK is an export. You pay UK import VAT (20%) and the clearance fee to the carrier on delivery. 60 cm (23½ in) per person along the sides and one person at each end. Prices in GBP are converted from PLN at the National Bank of Poland mid rate of 16 Oct 2026, plus 2% to cover currency conversion.

Will it fit?
Enter the size of your dining room. The plan shows the table, the chairs and the space to walk around them.
Leave 75-90 cm behind an occupied chair, and as much as 105-120 cm where someone serves at the table.
A 200 × 100 cm table will fit.
That leaves 110 cm (43¼ in) at each end and 130 cm (51¼ in) behind the chairs along the sides.
The largest we recommend: 270 × 110 cm.

From the workshop
We are a five-person workshop near Bydgoszcz, Poland. We season our own boards, glue and oil every top by hand, and each table stands in the workshop for a day before packing so we can check it does not wobble.
- Drawing within two working days, for your approval

The table arrived exactly as we had set it in the configurator, to the centimetre. The carrier called the day before, and the legs were on in ten minutes.

Najpierw zamówiliśmy próbki i to był dobry pomysł: jesion na żywo był dla nas za jasny. Stół z orzecha z naturalną krawędzią stoi od pół roku i nie ma na nim ani jednej plamy.
We ordered the samples first, which was a good idea: in real life the ash was too pale for us. The live-edge walnut table has been in use for six months without a single mark.

You pay UK import VAT (20% of the value including delivery) and the carrier’s clearance fee on delivery. Customs duty on wooden furniture is 0%.
Ready-made furniture: 14 days to return without giving a reason; the buyer pays for return shipping.
Made-to-measure table: no right to return, because it is made to your specification; complaints are handled as for any furniture.

A 240 cm oval, a round table with a leaf, a top cut at an angle for an alcove: tell us what you need. The joiner will reply with a drawing and a quote.

Questions before you order
How long should the table be for the number of people?
Allow 60 cm (23½ in) per person along the sides and one person at each end if the table is at least 80 cm (31½ in) wide. A 200 × 100 cm table seats 8, a 240 cm table seats 10. The configurator works it out for you.
Why do prices in GBP and EUR change from day to day?
We set prices in Polish złoty and convert them to euros and pounds every day at the National Bank of Poland mid rate, with a small margin for conversion costs. Your order keeps the rate of the day you bought.
Can I see the wood before I order?
Yes, the shop sells samples of oak, ash and American walnut, each half natural oil and half dark oil. We post them as a tracked letter in 1-2 working days and refund their price when you order a table.
Do I have to assemble the table?
Only the legs. The table travels on a pallet and you fit the legs with two spanners in about fifteen minutes. The carrier calls the day before delivery.
How do I look after an oiled top?
Day to day, a damp cloth is enough. Once or twice a year, wipe the top with the oil from the care kit we send with the table. Scratches and dull patches can be sanded out locally, which you cannot do with a lacquered top.
What about a wine or coffee stain?
Wipe a wine or coffee stain off with a damp cloth, and refresh a dull patch with the oil from the care kit we send with the table.
What the dashboard looks like
The shop runs on WooCommerce, which most shop owners already know. Languages, currencies and the configurator are custom code, with no monthly plugin subscriptions.
